From the time I was young, I've adored fashion as an outlet for self-expression. Although I've come along way since stealing items from my mom's closet with my friends, I still love to play dress up! The every-changing nature of the fashion industry excites me and I'm eager to incorporate this passion of mine into my professional endeavors!
Lifestyle
Mindset is everything. French philosopher, Pierre Teilhard de Chardin, once said that we are all spiritual beings having a human experience. Everything is energy and everything is interconnected; we all have the power to assume the position of co-creator in our own lives! I hope to share with others how inspired action manifests into physical reality.
Beauty
My love for beauty began when I was finally tall enough to reach my mom's makeup bag on the top shelf in the bathroom. Little by little, YouTube taught me everything I needed to know. When high school came around, I was offered a position with a local photographer to do makeup for photoshoots and events. This experience is still one of my favs & for that reason, I will always enjoy playing with glittery eyeshadow & lipstick!
Women Empowerment
Having spent a large portion of my upbringing with my single mom, I've learned how much women are capable of despite often being underestimated. For this reason, I've had the confidence to think the unthinkable and persist against all odds. Women empowerment is a huge part of my core values, and I hope to one day have the opportunity to inspire other trailblazing women as my mom inspired me!
Music
I owe my appreciation for music to my dad who would blast Led Zeppelin at full volume on the daily throughout my childhood. At a point in my early teens, I even picked up various instruments (I couldn't decide on just one!) While I never became proficient in these pursuits, music is still a huge part of my day-to-day routine!
Creativity
Oprah Winfrey once said, "You can have it all. Just not all at once." While I am often sporadic in my creative endeavors, jumping from one project to the next, it is for this reason that I have not lost touch with my creative spark. I view the world through a creative lens which grants me access to a whole new way of seeing, thinking, and being. I don't ever plan on stopping!
